Cities of today don،¦t seem to give me any delight.
Nights are lacking in ghosts and ghouls and ghastly fright.
I find noises everywhere, in every corner،K
Noises from machines, men and other noise-donors،K
It happens that light shines by bulbs of different watts,
Leaving no location dark and no soporific spots.
It is absurd of me to perform an abject action,
to pursue such a place and follow such a direction,
where nights are spooky, filled with terror,
and accompanied by eerie noises,
and where days are gloomy, silent, and signify horror،K
So much, I،¦d rather leave to the forests,
they are far to find, though ،K
I must seek a place, nearest or farthest،K
May it be on a planet or the moon,
so far away from those cities of man, though،K
