People come and go,

Family comes and goes,

Friends come and go,

But everyone watches. 

People mess up,

People screw up, 

But at the end, 

Everyone reconciles. 

We look forward to the future,

But we fear the past,

Which can hurt the present. 

We heal,

We smile,

We reflect,

But we sometimes don't move on. 

Many we bring in to trust,

But we overlook and we are wrong. 

Because at the end, 

We "use" people which we regret we do. 

We take breaks from Life,

We move forward, 

We regret decisions we make,

We regret life at times, 

But we try to move on. 

We re-think life,

Acknowledge the issues,

Know the regrets, 

Regret the response;

But when it comes to life,

We repair ourself for a better future and self. 

We hurt those we love, 

We feel abandoned,

Selfish, 

Stupid, 

Dumb, 

Hurt, 

But most of all,

We regret every step from that. 

I miss life, 

I miss hugs, 

I miss talks; 

But regret consequences,

Regret doings,

Wishing to turn the clock back,

To resolve issues. 

And at the end we smile,

We forget about the regrets,

We move forward,

We move to happiness, 

We share happy stories,

We seek new adventures,

We find love again,

And we find new stories to share.
