I've been beaten down by this thing called love, from heaven to hell, i fell from above. You took my heart for granted, you broke it into two, but here I am a few months later still in love with you. I never really gave up, but I won't lie I tried. It hurt so much, I was out of luck while you were with another guy. But here we are again, trying to make it work, this time around lets make it count and try not to get hurt. Even though you hurt me, I love you still the same, but lets try to keep the truth around and not this lying game. Things will eventually get better, or at least I pray they do, because baby girl I guarantee, he don't love you like i do.
