silence
have i met you here before now?
were we once just passengers
in a carnival ride of our youth's
extinct existence?
beyond the dormant ghost towns
of post-transit occupants
the neon lights still flicker
above the burned out restaurant
where our spirits intertwined
for a reason undefined
have disappeared completely
into clandestine premonitions
that depict the future conflicts
built up from the vast pretensions
born by ancestral arrogance
to recreate impatient paragraphs
of speeches claimed to be imperfect
to teach us the duality
of sparratic conciousness
spread out all across the plains
divided by the changing times
passed along the different minds
of parable societies
that give birth to identies
of space and time colliding
intravenously subsiding
into millions of diverse empires
that rise to soon receed
with the ashes of their history
floating outward
back into the salty sea
