I'm not the ugliest

Nor the prettiest

Not the smartest

Nor the dumbest

But that's what makes me,me

The inbetween

The different colors that flow

Through my veins

Make me a rain bow

And as free as rain

So many paths I could take

Each one a turn in fate

I don't blend in

I don't stand out

I am me

I have my values

I am true

I strive to be different

Yet remain the same

I want to be different

Yet never change
