A mad man is loose

inside of my brain,

reeking such havoc

I might go insane.

                      Causing much chaos

                      confusion abound,

                      I'm losing myself

                      may never be found.

                                              An uneasy silence

                                              is growing within,

                                              wanting to escape

                                              my own flesh & skin.

                      Mind trips, slipping

                      into the unknown,

                      beyond all reality

                      I journey alone.

Things seems strange

shrouded in a haze,

I'm losing direction

in this infinite maze.

                      Panic starts growing

                      and fear overwhelms,

                      reason's disappearing

                      within these realms.

                                                  As fear slowly dies

                                                  my mind goes numb,

                                                  insanity creeps in

                                                  I oblige & succumb....
