You see the pain

As the tears fill my eyes

There's no use trying

To stop them

As i start to cry



You hear the sorrow

In my voice

As i try to speak

And still there are no

Answers to the questions

That i seek



I don't understand

Why things must be this way

There were so many things

That i needed to say



So many things

Are now left undone

The haunting sadness

Has only just begun



The memories of a better time

Bring the tears

Back to our eyes



Wish we could rewind

And turn the clock back

But even if we could

Nothing could have

Stopped this devisating attack



The days are now spent

In sorrow and blue

Maybe things will get better tomorrow

But i doubt it without you
