It was always moments like these-
fragile little similies, observations
of simple beauty- realizing
what it did to the truth that lived within me.
I'd go out to the woods every morning,
coffee in hand, searching for animal tracks,
adventuring the land; perspective, so reflective
of everything new I got to feel and see.
Finding my truth in natures' beauty.
When the winter frost came,
I could see how even after the leaves would change
some things remained the same.
