I sat on that lonesome park bench
by the pond-
like the way a lost boy sits
upon a rock by the shore:
surrendered to natures' lesson,
abandoner of the game.. full of
hipocracy and democracy.
Tranquil serenity
like the gaar resting beneath
the surface of the water in front of me.
Still, life just passes by
minnoes in the ripples just thrive,
reflections of the tree's paint green
in the midst of the waters'sky;
and I am just a bystander, passin another lesson of time.
