I know it's true

(I miss you) 

You cross my mind

(Who you were)

Each moment of passing time

(When we were Young)

I remember everything

(Now on our own)

Yet the distance now creates suffering 

(I know you've grown) 

And here I wonder how you've turned

(Into the man)

Into someone I don't even know

(I'd love to meet you)

So together we can grow

(All over again)

Even after we get old

(Just meet me)

And say hello to a familiar soul.
