The room was dark,
and the candle cool
We took in the light,
and the room turned blue
There was much honey,
and there was the wind
The light kept shaking,
as the cruel wind blew
It was a jaded candle,
one which won’t burn down
Lit by the light
that’s being pushed ‘round
When the sun comes out,
the light they put out
Gone is the blue
while the candle stands cool.
