You hear my voice

And can’t fall asleep

I hope when you’re carrying

Your duties

That it is me you miss

When you’re kissing her

Holding her

It’s my face you see

I hope you go to bed

And dream of me

I hope at night

When you sleep

I’m the last thought

In the morning

When you woke up

I’m the first thought

Inside you I shall live

Until the end of time
