So i end .. So i begin...
And so it is .. the end of yesterday,
memories both good and bad
placed in this fractured heart
burned in the fire of my soul
and in the smoke,slowly carried away.
I awoke this morning to the sun,
both feet firmly planted in today.
No more looking back .. just ahead
heart and soul ready to accept
the hopes and promises
granted to each new day.
