What if I were your brother?

Would you take this teasing any further?

What if I were your son?

Would you let it go on and on?

What if I were your friend?

Would this torment end?



I could’ve been your brother if he were born this way.

I could’ve been the child delivered to you on my Birthday.

I could’ve been your friend obligating your patience to display.



I would love to be your brother; the acquaintance would make me proud.

I’d love to be your son demanding your un-divided attention in a large crowd.

I’d love to be your friend cheering your every victory quite loud.



Please don’t call me stupid; I’d really prefer not to be referred to as such.

I’d just like to fit in without criticism, is that asking too much?

You can call me” special” if it means I’m your favorite.

But if you’re just being funny, please … Save It!!!
