Your doubts, your fears, your anger
are not from God.

The questioning, the anxiety, the rage
they are lies fashioned
by a master deceiver.

God knows all your secrets,
and he accepts you in spite of them.

He sees you as you were created to be
not how you have crafted yourself.

You may think God should change Himself
in order to approve you
but we in fact must change to be approved.  

Because what kind of creator
would make something
that he didn't approve of?

He designed you exactly as you are
and he said "You are very good."

But this truth is harder
to accept for most of us
than the enemy's lies.
