It was amazing 

seeing the parallel 

between you and her.

The moment 

there was the tiniest 

chink in the armor 

of she and I's relationship, 

she bolted.

Whereas the day 

I literally crushed you 

and stomped on your love 

like it was a barrel of grapes 

you showed me grace. 

You remembered the vows 

we made to each other 

and wanted in your heart 

to overcome this.
