You are a good girl,
naive and innocent in
the ways of the heart.

You said it was
love at first sight,
but your eyes are
playing tricks on you.

You swear he's a nice guy,
that he has a heart of gold.

But you can't recognize
he's a wolf
dressed in a button down

and skinny jeans.

He speaks lies
through a dimpled smile.

His words are sweet as honey,
but he'll end up
stinging like a bee.

You spend so much time
daydreaming about
walking down the aisle,
but he'll lead you
to the death of your heart.

You think love is blind,
and you won't open your eyes
to the truth of his evil intentions.

He's no good, girl.
He's downright bad for you.

So I hope you will heed my warning
and leave while your heart
is still in one piece.

He will string you along
and by the end of it,
you'll wind up unraveling.

You better go as fast as you can,
far away from that no good guy.
