The Perfect Couple
There are two people in my life who are always there for me and will never leave my side. These two people are my parents. My parents don’t hold hands and skip around the house like the world is full of rainbows and unicorns. They don’t even hold hands. My parents are practical, merry, and easy to get along with.
My dad is a jolly, middle-aged man. He loves talking to people and putting smiles on everyone’s faces. He loves to be involved in our lives and enjoys cramming our schedule with chores and his favorite activities. I know I can always talk to my dad about morality and making the right choices.
The great thing about my mother is that she always puts everyone else before herself. She is a very hard worker and takes care of us in any way she can. She is super fun to shop with, not only because she has the moo-la, but because she is so supportive of everything we do. Whenever I have friend problems, or simply have questions about being a teenage girl, she will always reply with a truthful answer.
Mom and dad are the perfect couple because they love life, their kids, their in-laws, and each other. If they laugh with each other or at each other, have a disagreement, or help each other with the dishes, they will always be great parents. I will love my parents forever, whether they hold hands or not.
