Cowardly lion, become a great warrior.
Or be forever a small fearful child.
Under the canopy of the trees prior.
Round the forests vast and wild.
Alarmed are you by the ravenous fire?
Grandly hunting the meek and mild
Ever within reach of thine sire.
It seems like a corny suggestion, but you could try left-justifying and the word will read better (i.e., you wouldn't have to clue us in...). Also, consider removing some articles, etc.:
Under canopy [canopies?] of trees prior.
Round forests vast and wild.
...that kind of thing.
I like it...specialy how it spells the title down the side....
