Poe'ten'ry [poems of ten lines] Travels the pendulum,
All it knows is to count time!
From left to right it goes,
Or from right to left ad infinitum.
Perhaps cursed is the pendulum,
Perhaps blessed, who knows?
Yet it has to stop as the dying volcano,
To regain power and work to the maximum!
At the pendulum I glance and ponder,
What an incredible creation! What a wonder!
