Such is the World
My Heart once full of joy and happiness,
Like the sun rising from the midst of the sea ,
New born Rays spreading far and wide ,
An Attempt to reach the highest mountain , star and sky,
There goes my try to succeed .
My heart fluttering like butterflies,
Not bothered by the threatening wind,
So keen to reach the pinnacle .
Forgetting I would be blown away ,
Swept like a fallen twig …by the ferocious river.
Heart anchored to the bottom of the earth,
The sky polluted by a dark mist ,
And then comes the heavy rains,
To cleanse the spoilt sky ,
Only to be washed away again.
Scorching heat across an uninhabited desert,
The hungry sand …waiting to drink every drop of water.
The cunning creatures ready to devour.
Anyone who lost his way.
Such is the world……
Such is the world which we are in ,
Such is the world in which we strive to prove myself,
Such is the world in which we want to succeed,
Such is the world which offers so many difficulities,
Are we destined ………..to overcome everyone one of those ?
