The sun hides between the clouds
And I'm unable to feel anymore
My thoughts are screaming out loud
As I'm lying on the ocean floor
I stood there like a stone
And I've slumbered for a savior
But its been nothing but home
And none will drown with me here
When the tide is right
I hope to swim up high
Because there's nothing left here
And I'm dying to see whats out there
I guess I'll pray to the surface
And may god grant a shipwreck
The victims will witness my avarice
But the beautiful drowns for the best
Now I'm tasting the atlantic alone once again
Around the grins of dead friends
When the tide is right
I hope to swim up high
Because there's nothing left here
And I'm dying to see whats out there
All the beautiful people died
They succumb in this blackened ocean
But I lived
But I lived (I lived).
