3 months today

3 months since hiding at 2 am

3 months since they left us alone

We made it

they didn't think we woukd last this long

honestly I dodn't either 

but we proved them wrong

I love messing with your hat

and going to the park with you

and avoiding other people and making eye contact

I love it just us two

were kind of a weird couple

but at the same time

we are just a couple of weirdos 

looking into your eyes 

you're beautiful eyes

and you're smile 

as we laugh together

that's the best feeling, 

knowing I made you smile 

a warm rock to your cheek

this rock is hot

a warm rock to my cheek

so is this one

you grab my hand

and pull me in the river

and off of the sand 

and with a little shiver 

we are in the water 

splashing and laughing

soaking wet 

I look into your eyes

and smile

I'm happy I'm with you
