Black blossoms blooming
in time so sanguine
enveloping a will twice decayed
and bitterly envied
nothing is three
though three is one
entropy has been faced long ago anyway
I felt a beat of life today
I felt the receding of decay
I felt a smile upon my face
and knew not from where it came
its been a disastrous little game
my scars scream that so loud
I've been wrapped in my death shroud
and risen once on a broken cloud
though I couldn't smile under the weight of my death
and how painful it was to take that first breath
no wonder newborns scream
as I did on that day
and fought to stay away
for I remembered a life lived in decay
