My feelings on the election.
~
I think America needs more prayer than we could ever imagine. I didn't get in on the pre-election bs. I steered clear of all the political stuff and I sat back and watched and listened. I got threats that I could not be friends with people if I didn't vote trump, I've been told I would be a barrage of names if I didn't vote Clinton. My vote is no ones business. I will agree that it breaks my heart to see the way our country is going, but voting is my American right and when I go into that booth, MY choice is between me, God and those buttons. To push our beliefs about who should run our country, on each other or the people around us, is taking away from that right. I have not revealed my vote and never will nor will I voice my opinions and the reason being, now, most people can't handle anyone's opinions. Friends would drop me either way all because of my choice of who I believe would make the best president. It's really sad that we have become a nation at war over this. I have watched some of the most ridiculous videos of goings on around the country and it truly saddens me. In a time we should be lifting each other up, we have chosen to tear each other down. Tomorrow our belief's will still be OUR belief's, the sun is still going to shine, even if its behind the clouds and as crazy as it seems, God still has this under control. If I can't be your friend because of all this, then I wish you the very best. I won't change my opinion for you, I won't have harsh feelings for you, I won't go out and riot over it, but what I will do, is pray for you.
