I've known the forest

I've known the trees as tall as the world itself and bigger than life as I know it 

My heart has lived in the trees

I bathed in the sunlight

I built a treehouse deep in the forest 

I looked upon the birds, making a home in my trees

I heard the wind whisper to me through the leaves

And I've seen the changes throughout the seasons

I've known the forsest

Ancient, Creaking trees

My HEART has lived in the forest.
