By the end of today

I could have seen

My favorite Band

There I could have been



Stood at the front

Watching the band

Idolising

But my life’s damned



Love doesn’t help

It’s really the cause

That I can’t be there

To join the applause



I loved someone once

Gave her my heart

Then someone came along

And ripped us apart



Torn at the seam’s

My life is a wreck

Time for me

To take a rain check



People are here to help me

Where I’ve gone wrong

They’ll put me back on track

Shouldn’t take them too long

Who’ve all helped me

Who mean summit, personally.
