Ashes Of The Wake

Willow uprooted from the ground,

Waves of tidal length unbound.

Embers put to sleep the masses,

Everything has turned to ashes.

Respect and honor set aside,

Cast the meat and skin the hide.

Lest invoke the siren's song,

Beneath the depths we all belong.

You'll decide what we shall be,

Just know to live is never free.

Bone for blood and pain for love,

A sinner for the saint above.

The axis turns as blood is spilt,

You close your eyes to bleach the guilt.

Bind the witch and burn the stake,

Howl beneath ashes of the wake.
