Someone asked why the song made me cry

The phrase "She was too young to die"

Brings back memories of a blonde haired girl

To her father, she was the whole world.



We got the call that morning, and I knew

She was gone, but so were you.

I didn't know what to do, I cried all alone

My baby cousin, age of four, was gone.



Life then didn't make sense to me

Is this the way God wants it to be?

Is there a God? What does he cause pain

Bringing something to life isn't worth gain.



I think to myself when I see a child's face

One day, they will no longer feel the embrace

Their parents will be dead and they want to die too

Think.  It's all because God loves us too.



Makes me wonder if he does exist

And why does he make so many pissed

It's hard to look at pictures without a tear

Knowing they've been gone for a year.
