"You Were My Happily Ever After"

You were my happily ever after

Now your my once upon a time

You use to make me so happy 

Now all you do is make me cry

I feel so stupid 

For letting you in

I had my walls so high

And I knew that for you I would never be worth the climb

So I created a door so you could come in

You came in and created a window to let the light in

I told you about my past

You told me that we'd last 

But you gave up on me

I wasn't worth anything to you

You broke my heart 

And left me to the bruises and cuts

Now there's no light

And I learned my lesson once again

To never let anyone in.
