The`Children`of`Pharoh

The`Pharohs`watched`the`great`river`as`the`sun`set.

In`their`time,`they`built`a`glorious`city,

At`the`center`was`a`pyramid.

It`was`a`symbol`of`victory.

Burried`in`the`sands`of`time,

Who`watches`over`the`children`of`Pharoh?

Kidnapped`and`taken`to`a`hostile`camp,

They`awaited`their`fate`with`sorrow.

Butchered`by`those`who`rule`by`fear,

The`Pharohs`watched,

And`shed`a`tear.

The`ferry`crossed`the`tranquil`waters`slowly.

It`carried`the`slain`of`Tripoli.

While`the`Valley`of`the`Pharohs`awaited`its`guests,

The`slain`saw`the`great`pyramids`shine`like`gold,

And`a`city`so`splendid,

Void`of`darkness,

It`was`a`sight`to`behold.

Although`killed`by`an`enemy`insane,

The`reward`beyond`was`a`precious`gain.
