What is your will for my life? Am I letting you down, I'm still struggling inside, trying to distinguish between the false all around.

Let me rest in your embrace so I can feel fresh and renewed.
Let your voice be the words that flow from my lips, let your vision and dreams be all that I wish.
May you guide my actions, may they reflect your kindness and love. Let me always remember my guidance comes from above.
Strip away the doubt and self-will that blocks you from me.
I give my whole self to you, all that I am, all that I'll be.
For without you, I can't breathe, you sustain the life inside, you are food to my soul, you keep me alive.
I'm sorry I've been so proud and so blind, becoming a hostage of my own mind.
You are the one who'll take it all away, if I only ask, you will show the way.
