The moon kisses
The ocean
As mother nature
Says good night
Under the bright
And beautiful starlight
The world is quiet
Except for the writers
And the dreamers
Who thrive in the night
And one of which
I am proud to say am I
I see the moon
That shines on me
Oh so graciously
I see the night animals
As all around me
They do scurry
I smile at their brilliance
And do lose myself
In the wonder
That is the resilliance
Of the world that we live in
And if even for
The slightest moment
I am at one
With the beautiful
And the brilliant
Mother Nature
And life is good
