What is it with society
And those who fight for peace
Those who fight for changes
That need to be
Those who stand
For those is society
Who know not
What it feels like
To be free
Far too many
From Lincoln,
John Lennon,
And Martin Luther King
Who only wanted
To spread peace
To a broken society
All shot down
By people who have forgotten
The point of humanity
The point is not greed
Hatred or insanity
But rather understanding
But how are we supposed
To truly see
The truth you and me
If we keep killing those
Who are trying to set us free
