I wake each day
And wonder why
The world has to be this way
Night after night
Day after day
So much fighting going on
In the human race
We know it's wrong
But our own reality
We just can't seem to face
As from this madness
I just want to escape
I can't take another day
Just searching for people
To whom I can relate
In this world so chock full of hate
Life is no game
Yet we choose to play
And live that way anyway
It's so insane
What can I say
Can you please just tell me
