She watches with
Innocent eyes
Never understanding
The reasons why

Some people are fine
But others are to be hated
She keeps asking
But a reason is just
Never stated
Just stay away
Keep the trash at bay
When with their daughter
All she wants to do is play
All alone in her room
At a loss for what to do
She becomes a victim
Of the madness
That is me and you

Knowing nothing
About color
Culture or why so much hatred
She withdraws within
A child of sin
In a world 
That won't let her win

Parents preaching
Tolerance
And love thy neighbor
While living the lies 
They live to deny
Love all gods people

But no not those ones
Eww never those ones
Without ever saying why
Forever confused
She wonders if she is bad too
Just because she can't understand
Why hating is what she is
Supposed to do
Wants to love
Taught to hate
She grows up
Hating more and more each day
Until she becomes what she never

Wanted to be
The very hatred that in her

Her own family wants to see
