The Invasion
The invasion did not go as expected
The aliens expected the humans to put up more of a fight against them
But when they got to Earth the humans were so busy fighting each other
They barely had the time
Or attention span
To fight back
Against an alien attack
Pointing fingers
Placing blame
Living like they were
Playing a game
That no one had
Even a chance of winning
The aliens somehow
Blended in easily
They took over
The humans politics
And even did so
Better than the humans did
No egos involved
No the invasion
Did not go as planned
But at least Earth
Is no longer lost
