There is no trust
And certainly
No justice
And yet
We continue
To allow this shit
To just happen
Also because of hate
And violence
Not to mention greed
We have war
Because of war
We have death
Suffering
And destruction
Of places
And things
That to many
Truly mean
Something
Because of
All of the above
There is no respect
And without
Respect
There is
No love
And with no love
There is just
No hope
And without hope
We have nothing
