when others could care less,
a man that gave his all,
and did his best,
he was proud and full of pride,
he risked his life to save his country,
a man that was smart and knew just what was best,
he left us all,
and we wish hed come back,
he taught me a lot,
the most important thing was life,
if anyone could teach me anything,
it had to of been him,
he took his time,
and made sure i understood,
and never gave up until his job was done,
he was my best friend,
and now hes gone,
but he lives in me and everyone,
he was there when you needed someone to talk to
And thank god he was here,
even if not for very long.
