The words I cannot seem to find,
will come to me with time.
I wonder if you're still there,
watching us, keeping us safe.
I often think I'll never see you again,
because of the things I've done and said.
But all I have to do
if open my bleeding heart again,
and find you.
You'll always be here in my memories,
even if, sometimes, it's not enough.
I may not cry for you outside,
but beneath the surface, I weep.
I'll stand hard, cold, and tough,
for it's the only thing I've come to know;
my emotionless pit.
I'll cry on the inside, cry from my soul for you.
But, I'll make it through.
Holding on, forever, to the wonderful times we all shared.
My sister, my friend, the truth has been bared...
