When this happens please
Don't forget you are still
Someone's daughter.
That you had challenges.
That the world was once against
You too.
Remember that when you look
Into your daughters eyes and realise
That she's just you, wanting what
You wanted, to be loved, to live,
To breath, to be understood.
Most of all to be free and
For you to remember you were a
Daughter to, so please don't give that same pain your mother gave you.
