Tell me a lie and I'll tell you the truth.

Truth is you're just a guy and 

I'm just a fool to believe I could

Confide in you .

I ask whoever is reading this.

Please do not pity me, 

Because I'm not writing this

For him , I'm writing this for me.

Truth is I loved you more than you think

And not , because of the things we did

Or the words you spoke to me.

It was the potential I saw .

The potential I wish I saw in me.

I've grown up now and I can feel it 

In my skin and my bones.

All the way down to my feet.

I see the world differently

And I wish I could change something's

With all the passion in me .

I feel the weight of the world on my 

Shoulders.

I promise to bring it to it's knees

With my goals of which I can finally

See with it's deeper meaning.
