Soul Devour

Evil dos not come

suddenly.

It comes like a predator

to devour fear in those

it finds weak.

I seen it's coldness.

It's approach is slowy.

And it paralyzes you.

There is no escape but

a single glimpse of light.

It apporaches with intentions

of taking you with it.

There is no face or body.

Only darkness can you see.

As it comes to you body.

You feel it's coldness.

But you can only see

it's being,

because it's more powerful

than you.

Though with a thought of

light.

It dissappears from sight.

Author's Notes/Comments:

My Mom was going through a church marathon & always talked about good and evil. This poem is what I know of evil.
