What my mom told me
Listen and hear carefully,
Hold on to the deen
With interest so keen

For there shall come a day
When everyone will gather round,
And there will only be a way
Only for those who praised him aloud

Hold on to the deen
My mom would say,
Never pay attention to the non-believers
So they'll not lead astray

Live everyday as if it will be you last
And when it's ramadhan
Never forget to fast... You will have your reward
