When I arrived at work
Where the computers were buzzing your name
I moved the mouse, the screen lit up
And I could have sworn I saw your face
Everyone was speaking your name,
Whatever the word was that escaped my lips
In my strawberry yogurt, my spoon took a dip
And bringing it to my mouth,
In that instant tasted your kiss
I'm trying to keep my thoughts from straining
My neck was craning around the corner
hoping to see your profile,
Importantly and purposefully peering
And all your movements and golden eyes
Are searing to my mind
I want you with me
Pouring myself out to laughing
When you're surprised and bewildered
By this passion of mine
