if a heart feels like its weeping

one by one, one by one

all to find thoughts undone

and then there is a forced nightmare

two by two, two by two

just to see the world’s despair

if you see your own locked door

three by three, three by three

to come and give me up the key

and then i watch as virgins die

four by four, four by four

she gets burned down to the core
