I've encountered in life that's for sure

Too many troubles and plenty heartaches everywhere I had gone



Every step sometimes seems so hard to take

But Jesus my Savior is always there to carry me away



There are for certain those very painful times

That in the flesh my soul and spirit all over duly hurts



Terrible moments of self-doubt that I'd rather forget

In which sometimes I've wandered foolishly away from my God



But even then when I may had been lost at those times

Is when He reaches for me more in His forgiveness and Love
