Little Betty

O how she lay

So sweet and quiet

Like an angel

The next day she wakes

Say hello to the sun

Go downstairs

Meet up with mom

Big surprise

Mommy is gone

There’s only Uncle Johnny

Today he called her

To sit on his lap

Little Betty

Couldn’t do any better

Uncle Johnny is drunk

He had a knife in his hand

Little Betty

She couldn’t scream

He then asked for a kiss

And a hug from his niece

Little Betty

All she did was follow

He then carried her off

To her room upstairs

Little Betty

She screamed loudly

Then silence was felt

Not a sound was heard

Uncle Johnny

He came out running

Little Betty

O how she lay

So sweet and quiet

In her coffin
