I don't want to be alone

So I keep my true feelings hidden

Because if anyone knew the real me

I truly would be left alone

Having had so many fake friends

Makes it hard to really trust others

I often feel like I'm always alone

But I don't know how to change

Live a different life than what I've known

I don't want to be alone
