Where the Angels Live
The mystique of the cosmos sparkles iridescent
Swirls of Pink and hues unknown to earth
As I stand upon this silver crescent
The twinkle of the stars, an eternity's worth
Reflect the shimmering of mine own eyes.
A haven of ancient nebula float carelessly
Whispering secrets of the universe in sighs
Staring out at the celestial world longingly
The Milky Way runs a road about my feet
Diaphanous silk pure as untouched snow.
And where the cosmos and eternity do meet
Is filled by the sweetness of a heavenly glow.
